Brian Lemmerman is an urban designer and architectural illustrator with a professional architecture degree and over a decade of experience in marketing and communications. He excels in community engagement and team consensus building to ensure projects are well-received internally and by the market.

Brian’s unique skill set comes from over a decade’s worth of co-founding, growing, and exiting businesses including a Miami-based digital marketing agency and a remote-operated diversity equity & inclusion firm.

For the past 5 years, Brian has lived in a remote forest in Germany studying European cities while serving as a remote design and illustration consultant for planning firms. He now serves as a Senior Professional at the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture’s Housing and Community Regeneration Initiative where he supports masterplanning projects in the midwestern United States as well as post-war reconstruction planning efforts in Ukraine.
